Vote Early!
I did my early voting today. There were a lot of people there, which is encouraging. When I early-voted 4 years ago, I was literally the only person in the place.
Despite the lines, it went quickly. They gave us huge paper ballots, but of course we had to feed them into the computer at the end, leaving us no record of our vote. I find that unsatisfying. I simply don't trust that my vote has been counted.
I voted against every Republican, against every amendment and FOR every judge. I traditionally vote to kick out every judge, but I do NOT want Rick Scott to appoint any judges!

Uhura and Leia's Bikini: Good Combination!
I had this idea more than a year ago when a customer asked for a sketch of Uhura. I was thinking what unexpected costume I could put her in, and this happened. After posting the sketch, I looked around to see who else had done this, and it looked I WAS THE FIRST. Can it be??
So this weekend, the same customer came back and got the full-color treatment.

Stay away from Hotel Transylvania
Pathetic.
I had some time to kill while I was downtown yesterday, so I went to a nearby theater, and the next movie starting was Hotel Transylvania.
What a PATHETIC waste.
Thoughless, story-less, talentless, directionless… just sad, wasteful and PATHETIC.
Unoriginal, tired, devoid of effort, cynical, and NOT ONCE funny.
The first scene was entirely devoted to poop, piss and farts. The final scene had Dracula rapping. This shit would have been old 20 years ago.
I didn’t know who made this garbage until the end credits. If I’d had any idea it was Adam Sandler, I would have chosen to sit on a park bench for 2 hours. And shame on you, Genndy Tartakovsky. Shame.

Tasha Yar in bondage
Tasha Yar bound (and REALLY PISSED). One of my regulars has been on a Star Trek bondage kick this week. I drew this last night during my live session. We did Dr. Crusher and Counselor Troi earlier, and there will probably be more.
