If you follow my live streams, you know I keep tight control over my chatroom. I don't allow negativity or fighting. I even clamp down when there's too much activity for me to follow. And I have ZERO tolerance for trolls. I never hesitate to ban anyone I don't like. If you've been kicked out, you KNOW it.
Likewise, if you have NOT been kicked, or told outright to leave, you've NOT been banned.
This brings up the thing I did last Wednesday. Sometimes I rant during my live shows. My regulars seem to find it entertaining. While I really do mean everything I say, I tend to go over-the-top because I'm "on stage."
Last Wednesday, I blew up about some things my viewers were saying. Or what I THOUGHT they were saying. Turns out I misread them. That's easy to do on the internet. It's a lesson we've all learned at one point or another. (And we have to learn it repeatedly, it seems.)
One of my viewers, a new regular, likewise misread ME and thought I was making him unwelcome. I wasn't. I thought he'd said something he didn't, and he thought I'd said something I didn't. He left, thinking I wanted him to.
Well, I didn't. When you read this, please know I didn't mean for you to leave, and I hope you will return. You will be welcomed.
