It looks like a statue of a naked woman tied to the back and horns of an angry bull. Angela confirms, YES, that's exactly what it is.
I don't get it. Is it a circus thing??

My guess is that it is based on the Myth of Europa, Zeus abducted her in bull form.

It could also be Pasiphae, the wife of King Minos, having sex with a bull. That's how the minotaur was created.
